Department of Highways, Parliament Buildings, Toronto within six months
from date of payment of invoices.
4. A simplified method of assuring prompt payment of refunds, eliminating
affidavits for each claim, has been worked out.
As there is no rationing of gasoline in
Canada, marked gasoline, under the
jurisdiction of the Oil Controller for

ending the tax exemption purchase
permit system.
To meet the desire of everyone to be
relieved of wartime restrictions, the
Provincial Government has developed
a new system as free front controls and

eliminates the necessity of an affidavit
being taken for each refund claim.
This form may be obtained ori
