Had Shower
• A delightful evening was spent at
the home of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel
Oesch, Goshen Line, north, on. Fri-
day, May 4th when friends and neig-
hhours gathered to honour their
daughter Anna Doreen, bride elect,
with a miscellanecnis shower. 13ur-
'ng the evening a mock wedding was
enjoyed. • Then a. presentation ad-
dress was read to Anna by Miss Dor-
een MdClinchey before a decorated
table laden • with many usefui and
beautiful gifts and was responded
• with a fitting reply of thanks. Later
lunch was served.

ed by Mr. Hulbert Therkheim, of
Zurich. A reception VAS held at the
home of the bride's paront to re-
latives and friends, at a gayly dec-
orated table with pink and white
streamers and centred with a three-
