Dear Friends:
I am writing to thank you
on :behalf of the War -time Nurser-
ies in Cambridge for your generous
gift of honey. The children do like
it so much as they never get it nor-
mally. .When we put it on their
rusks at tea -time, there is a general
chorus of "Oh, honey!" We.also use
it occasionally for makr.ng biscuits
which are very popular. The chil-
dren call these honey crunchier_. The
honey is a real treat for our Nurs-
ery children and I wish you could
see how they enjoy it.
Please tell your members and the
people of the community who helped
to make this donation possible how
very much we appreciate their kind-
ness in sending the honey for the
children in our War -time Nurseries.
• Yours sincerely, Ivan M. Ldvards,
Superintendent. the
—The above honey was sent by
Institute through the Red Cross.
