Seems to be the popular question
these days ;in Zurich, as since Iast
Wednesday evening ;the Cliaxnber ,of
(Comvmerce have put up the new
street signs, and people are begriming
to learn an what street they actually
do live. And when we now get
lost in town, just snake for the next
intersection and there you nave it,
the name of the street you are on.
,Someone suggested that tae houses
Should be numbered next, so from
one thing to another we are progres-
sing along nicely in Zurich. Then
another aslcis where do they get all
the names from. Well, legion has it
that the original surveyer of the vil-
lage ;Mr. Knell •called the streets of
ter thenames of members of his•
a iity, and. some •of them must have.
had nice names. However halts Off
to the Chamber ;boys they did a fine
job of it and had loveliy, signs paint-
ed and well erected.
