Last week we told about the Zur-
ich Lumber Kings taking the first
three games in the playoffs Prom the
powerful Dashwood Tigers, who have
come to life and started clawing the
Zurich team. by the score of 11-3 in
last Wednesday's game, then on Vri-
day .night they again won from Zur-
ich by the score of 7-1. behrral the
stellar pitching of Bob Brown. The
pitchers for Zurich were iHeller and
Heimrich. On Tuesday evening on
the Zurich diamond Dashwood again
defeated Zurich by 11-1 and the
final game will be played this Friday
evening at Dashwood. It should
draw a big crowd and remember it
will start at 5 o'clock. Come out
and give the boys a cheer.

OBITUARY
David Ducharme Passes
The Icommunity was shacked on
Monday to learn of the rather sud-
den passing of David Ducharrne, of
Zurich, beloved husband of Delia
Geoffroi in his 73rd year. He was
born July 18, 1-881 on the now Blue
Water Highway, known as the French
Settlement Parish, .and after farm-
ing there for some years purchased
the fine farm on the Goshen Line,
south of ,Zurich, which is now own-
ed by his son Gilbert. Mr. Ducmarme
was always of a very pleasant dispo-
sition very enlightened to meet and
