Late George Weigand
Mr. 'George Weigand, resiaent of
Daahviood for the past three years,
passed away Saturday evening after
a six months illness. He was born in
Hullett Twp. and was married to
Mary Baker in 1897 and had celeb-
rated their 50th anniversary in March
six years, ago. He was in his 85th
year and had farmed on. the 14th
Con., Hay Twp. Was a member of
the Evangelical U. B. Churn. Dash-
wood Surviving his widow, one
daughter, Mrs. Gertrude Houser of
West Lorne; Elgin of the 14451). Con.
Hay- two sisters, Mrs. Mary Tiernan
Dashwood; Mrs. ,Susanah Ireland of
Stratford; one brother, Henry of
Dashwood and three grandchildren.
The body rested at the Hoffman fun-
eral home, Dashwood from where the
funeral took place Tuesday. Interm-
ent in the Dashwood Evangelical
temeter, Goshen line. Getz,
officiated.
