Mr. Herb Wein 'of Detroit visited
with his family over the week -end,
last week.
Mr and !Mns George Wolfe of Tor-
onto spent the week -end with his
parents, Mr and Mrs Wes Wolfe.
•Mr and Mrs Sam Kraft of Eaton
Sask., are visiting with the Kraft sis-
ters and 'other relatives.
Rev. and Mrs. Roppel of Zurich,
were visitors with the Kraft sisters
on Tuesday.
Word was received here of the
death of Mrs. Charles Cann, formerly
Laura Linde/afield of Winnipeg, Mrs
Cann was a well known resident Of
this 'community having spent her
younger days here She is survived by
two daughters, two sisters and one
brother. Mans. Chas. Steinhagen of
Dashwood and Miss Annie and Win
Lindenfield both of Parkhill.
St Joseph and Beaver Town
Mrs Gilbert Geoffrey of Windsor,
spent the week -end with relatives in
this vicinity.
After spending a few months with
her children, Mrs. Joseph Ducharme
has returned to her home in Drys-
dale.
Bean seeding is almost completed
in this neighbourhood and a little
shower would be a great help az pre-
sent.
Mr and Mrs Fred Ducharme in
company with .:Mr and Mrs. Kuno
Hartman and two sons, Robert and
Gerald attended the graduation of
the former's grandson Robert A.
Stansberry of Detroit.
Mrs Josephine Ducharme and son
Isidore motored to -London on Thurs-
day evening.
Man Rudolph Etue of Seaforth
and Mrs. Tony Masse of Goderich,
were ,Sunday visitors in this vicinity
over bhe week -end.
