turned out in body and showed their
respect. The church was well Milled by
membersof the parish and otflem
from neighbouring parishes, Massing
priest Father Euright, gave the ser-
mon; also in the !Santuary were
priests of his class, those many years
gone by, and Sir Harry Gignac of
Windsor a Gregorian. Knight; Father
Du'charme was toast maker and acted
'with much abil.iity, keeping listeners
in a jolly state of mind. Tilos speak-
ers talked !on various .salbjects accor-
ding to their (position. Mr. Fred Du-
°harme represented the parish. For
the occasion a dainty dinner was
prepared by the ladies of the parish.
We .cannot give too much yraise to
them, for they had spent hours in
drudgery so that they would satisfy
ail in attendance We have also
worthy words for those who were
waitresses, they boo put their all to
make .the whole a complete success.
This Silver Jubilee of a priest in
rthk parish was unique in itself, and
perhaps not in generations to come
will this parish witness again such an
incident. In his little talk the speak-
er for the parish paid tribute to the
foreparents who left their native
land to immigrate into the wilder-
ness and carved out a parish, That we
today enjoy to live. The speaker
'also impressed his listeners that it
was one among the most beautiful
in the diocee, and those fore parents
had left in their pathway sons and
daughters to bless and honor this Tasty. Bakery
parish.

Father Bourdeau replied both in
