NEWS RELEASE United States Marines Detroit, Mich — Marine Second Lieut. Orval J. Corriveau, son of Mr and Mrs Peter Corriveau; 4428 Drex- el, Detroit, formerly of Zurich, Ont. was promoted to his present rank from Sergeant Major on May list. Corriveau, a veteran of over 12 years in the Marine Carps, was overseas in the Philippines where he fought wntil Corregidor full.
