After the usual singing led by Lion Tan:- er Reg. Illsley, and the usual good big supper, the program got under way which was a real treat for the Lions present. ''`Lion Sylvester Tay- lor of Exeter gave a talk on the pro- posed new building to be erected in behalf of the blind, and a thorough cpnvass will be made for funds to make this possible. Lion Dr. Harvey Ir. Cowen of Exeter then showed some interesting pictures taken on a trip to Alaska last summer which was very entertining as well as ed- ucational, showing the ruggedness of the country to the far north of us.
