A most splendid reusing supper
Meeting was enjoyed by the Lions on
Monday evening at the Dominion
House with a. near perfect attend-
ance, and much enthusiasm. After
the usual singing led by Lion Tan:-
er Reg. Illsley, and the usual good
big supper, the program got under
way which was a real treat for the
Lions present. ''`Lion Sylvester Tay-
lor of Exeter gave a talk on the pro-
posed new building to be erected in
behalf of the blind, and a thorough
cpnvass will be made for funds to
make this possible. Lion Dr. Harvey
Ir. Cowen of Exeter then showed
some interesting pictures taken on
a trip to Alaska last summer which
was very entertining as well as ed-
ucational, showing the ruggedness of
the country to the far north of us.
The meeting closed with the usual
"0 Canada."
