Had Anniversary -
On Saturday, June 2nd, a very
enjoyable day, was spent in honour
of Mr and Mrs. ,Kuno Hartman, the
occasion being their 25th anniversary
They, together with their ten child-
ren and four grandchildren attended
Mass in thanksgiving in the morning,
after ,which a delicious breakfast was
served at the home of their daughter
Mr and Mrs Louis Farwell. During
the sumptuous dinner at the home-
stead an address was read by .their
oldest child, Mrs. Farwell, while
Robert, the youngest, presented them
each with a sterling silver rosary,
a gift of the children.
The evening was spent in dancing
and sing -songs when some 70 relati-
ves and neighbours gathered together
to wish the couple of 25 years con-
tinued happiness. Mr and Mrs• old round tavern chairs made of
Hartman thanked all for the many cherry, which were bought by a man
gifts received, a delicious Iunch was from the State of Oregoin_
served and all returned home report-
ing a good time.
The Address:
Dear Parents: We, your children,
join together thi' .day, to wish you
well on the 25th anniversary of your
married life. During those many
years you have cared for us, you
have given us "P`aith" the moss, im-
portant part for our souls, you have
given us the proper nourishment for
our bodies, and you have cared for
us in times of sickness, and last but
not least you have given us words of
consolation in times of despair, and
on this anniversary may we offer you
our best wishes and may God give
you both many mere years in our
midst, to guide us in the straight
pathway in this perilious world.
On behalf of your children and
grandchildren we ask you to accept
these gifts.

speaks well of the organization.
The main guest speaker for the
evening was Engineer Bruce Weber

is a very interesting speaker, with -a

in years to come to make the change-
over now. He also pleaded with the
users to co-operate with the head-

put it 'aver. At the close of his in-
