Presentation
On Sunday morning during the S.
School hour in the Evangelical U. B.
Church the retiring president, Mr. A.
Melick was pleasantly surprised with
a .suitable gift and the following ad-
dress:
"For some work, man is .paid by
the hour or daffy, or by the week or
month. But in work for -the Master
a great deal of labpur is paid here
on earth, through the satisfaction of
knowing gone has.done his or her best,
and in the life to come by seeing the
smile of God and hearing His word
of approval, "Well done my raithful
servant."
We, the members of this Sunday
School know that Mr. Melick who
has been our 'Sunday School superin-
tendent for so many years and who
has spared no effort to make our
Sunday School one of the best and
one in which young people and child.,
ren might + learn the Jesus way of
living, must have no regrets now that
he has decided to retire from the
office of Sunday School president.
We would like to show our ap-
preciation of your labour 'of Tove:
Mr, Melick, and ask you to accept
this gift, not for its value but as a
