The Walther League of Zion Lu-
theran church, accompanied by Rev.

roast at Port Blake last Wednesday.

Had Reunion
Thiel Reunion Attended by 150
More than 150 attended the 21,4
annual Thiel family reunion held at
Stratford Park on Civic Holiday.
The address ,of welcome was given
by Mose Leinweber, Stratford, vice-
president.
Midford Litt, of Sebringville,
president, asked that all births and
Sts. • marriages be registered with Rev.
CCornwell, 43 Doon Road, for in-
clusion in the Thiel book.
' The 1957 reunion will be held in
Kitchener. Officers elected are
e aures Thiel, president; Leslie Ratz,
vice-president Robert Carse, secret-
: treasnrer; Simon Thiel, sports
convenor; and Mrs, Paul Biehler,
lunch convener. A goodly number
of the clan from Zurich and district
attended the reunion, Civic Holiday.
TO HOLD GALA NITE
Dashwood Men's Club are holding
a Gala Nite on the Dashwood Re -
•creation grounds next Wednesday
evening August '212nd commencing
at 6.30 with a ball gran when the
London Majors, top team, will play
the Huron -Perth All Stars. After the
game a very interesting program of
entertainment will take place with
some outstanding artists Dashwood
Band in attendance. If you are not
too much engaged elsewhere an ev-
ening in Dashwood will be to your
liking and pleasure.
