eran Church, Dashwood, was the
scent of a marriage when Verna El-
aine, daughter of Mr and Mrs. Valen-
tine Becker became the bride of How-
ard Datars, son of Mr and Mrs El-
more Datars, all of Dashwood.
Rev. L. F. Higenell, pastor of the
cliurch, performed the , doublering
ceremony. Miss Helen Nadiger and
Mrs Edgar Restemayer played trad-
itional wedding 'music and 'Helen
Nadiger sang The Lord's Prayer, and
0 Perfect Love.
Given in marriage hy her father
bride wore a full length princess
gown, featuring long lace torso, lily
piont sleeves, circular net yoke and
full skirt of nylon tulle. A crown of
seed pearls and sequins held in place
her fingertip illusion veil. .She car-
ried 4 cascade of red roses and whit

dresses and shoes. They carried bou-

Earl Datars, Grand Bend, was
groomsman for his brother and ano-
ther brother, Eldon ,Datars, Waterloo
and Bill 'Becker brother of the bride,
were ushers.
The reception was held in the

snapdragons, white mums ancl white„

the -recepibion a steel blue, two piece
dress, navy and -white accessories and
pink carnation corsage. Assisting the
groom's mother wore a midbroWn
dress with beige and brown accessor-
ies and -corsage of pink carnations. .

Anne Messner or London assisted in
serving the wedding dinner to 110
guests.
For a honeymbon spent in Ottawa
and Eastern United States, the bride
chose a :blue grey worsted suit, navy
and white accessories, adusty blue
coat and corsage of White carnations.
On their return, Mr and Mrs Dat -
