OBITUARY Wilfred Frederick Werafir Hay Township lost one of its well known and beloved citizens ore Friday November 1.1th, 1955 in- the passing of -Wilfred Frederick Weide itT, St. Joseph's Hospital, ,Lond'on.. BOT1T in Haig Toemihip in 11888 he rived his entire life there. He wasthe s'on of the late Mr and Mrs Sohn 'Wed°. After his marriage in 1916 to Miss Loretta Decker he took up residence ors the Parr Line, where he continu- ed to farm until retirement four yrs. ago. At that time he was stricken with a serious eicknese from which he recovered never ,compretely, but he was able to be areend enjoying life as fully as his strength would allow. Two weeks ago he was again stricken and rushed to St, .Toseplr's Hospital, and although an operation was pend- ing which would he a serious one, he :passed away quietly Friday evening. He possessed -a kindly and helpful disposition which won him -many true and lasting friendship. He was a lover of trees and flowers and the finer things of life. His farm in Hay Twp. built up and .improved over the years is one ,of the finest in the Township. SurviYing to bear Ns loss are. besides his wife, two 'sonar -Clifford and Glenn the .latter residing on the home farm, and two 'grandchildren; a brother El- mer .a .0reditor. and a sister, Miea Laura Weide, of Zurich also eurvive. The remains rested at his late reel& ence, 'Zurich until !2' p.m Monday, when a short family service was held from thence he was taken to St. Peter's Lutheran Church where Rev 0. Winter 'conducted the memorial service. Interment was made itt the Goshen Line Lutheran, temetery. The bearers were iCarl. Da*er.
