Twp. Hall, Monday, ,May 2nd at
1.30 pan. The following motions were
passed, and personal requests heard
from various persons present:

port on the Eacrett Drain • Repair
was read. The minutes were then
read.: That the (minutes of the April
4, and 1'8 meetings be adopted as
read; :That we accept the 'Engin-
eer's report on the Eacrett Drain as
read Maly 2nd, and that the Clerk be
authorized to have sufficient by-laws
printed and sent to all interested
persons and that Court of Revision
be set for June 1955 in the Twp.
Hall, Zurich; That we .ask C. P. Cor-
bett OLS. for a statement of his
findings regarding the condition of
the Zurich ,Drain ;South as requested
by 'Fred Regier, . !Cihaales Thiel and
Earl Thiel, as of date Nov. '217, 1954.
That the Aldworth Drain Repair by-
law No. 17,'54 be read a third time
and passed and the :Schwalm Drain
Extension By-law 16, '54 beread a
third time and ,passed; that the ac-
count for examination of Ernest
Charles Knowles, a resident of the
Municipality of the •city of London,
be returned to the Ontario Hospital,
London, notifying them they are to
collect from the .City of (Landon.
That Bell & Lauughton's 'account for
$242.40 for the Judge's Plan of the
Village of .Dashwood be paid and 'col-
leeted frown the !County of Huron and
Dashwood; That having recerved wri-
tten requests from (Alphonse Jeffrey
