Mr and Mrs Wen. Reichert and daughter, Mr and Mrs. Ernest Laid, - law, who were on a motor trip to the Western Provinces returned home on Sunday last, having had a most en- joyable trip. Misses Alma and Elizabeth Smith of Toronto; Mr and Mrs. Jos- iah 'Steckley, Bronson Line, Stanley, were Sunday dinner guests with Mr and Mrs. Wm. O'Brien, is At Hospital Mrs. Henry Fleulbard had a small bone fractured in her left ankle on Monday fore -noon, when she tripped in their back• yard. [Medical aid was given and she was taken to South Huron Hospital, Exeter. • We wish her a speedy recovery. Attended Convention A bus load of members of the W. M.S. of the Evangelical U. B. Church of this district attended the conven tion at Rodney Evang. Church, on Tuesday. The conveyance was made possible by Uhe Exeter Coach Lines Transportation. Storm Followed When Mr and iMrs James Hackett and Misses .Norma Steinback and Carol Thiel, while on their homeward journey through the State of .Maine, the big storm that visited that part Of the !country, arrived the following day.
