which united in marriage .Shirley L
Fairbeirn and Donald B. Bedard'. The
bride is the daaghter of the late Mr.
and Mrs. George Fairbairn, fOrmerIy
of the Hensall district, and the groom
is the son of Mrs. Emma Bedard of
Zurich and the late Dennis Bedard.
Linda Bedard was soloist, and Helene
Farwell, organist. Givenhe marriage
by her brother, Clarence Fairbairn,
the bride wore floor -length ,gorem oft
white nylon net and lace over satin,
styled with fitted bodice .aird' tiered
skirt. The bodice was fashionea
off-the-houlder effect with nylon net
yoke and lily -point .sleeves. The fin-
gertip veil was caught to Sweetheart
headdress and she carried a white
prayer book topped :wih an ercted.
Miss Marie Bedard. 'icsess maid of
honor in blue and ;WIT. , A61es Stan -
lake, sister of the beide, and Miss
Bedard, sister of the ,groom, were

spectively. •Chalene Bedard was
flower girl. The maid of honor and.

floor:length nylen net over taffeta
with,matching •boleros and heaudres-
ses. Their bouquets were oC white
gladioli and red rosebuds. The flower
girl wore a blue nylon net over taf-
feta frock also with matching head-
dress. She carried a basket or pastel
shaded gladioli.

William ;Merrier attended the groom.
Ripe -hearer was Terry Statton; Rill
Staelake and Clarence Geoffrey ush-
ered guests.
