The Goshen line south is neing
paved by the County of Huron for the
first mile and a quarter, which will
be a start on having some of this
kind of roadbed in Hay Township. If
the entire five miles to Serapta Cor-
ners were completed it would greatly
relieve the heavy traffic to Hensall„
on the Highway.
Farmers are busy with the big
season's crops. Haying is about done,
and the wheat crop, which rs indeed
a beautiful sight, is coming along
niicely and will be ready to be cut in
a few of these hot days, ,sonie has
already been cut. A good shower
of rain is badly needed. for the grass
and hoe crops. We hope it wilt come
along one of these days.
