GRAND BEND 'To Vote On Electricity Grand Bend ratepayers will vote April 5th on WO questions relating' to hydro. They are being asked to approve a by-law providing for the borrowing of $85,000 upon debent- ures to purchase the electric distrib- uting systema from the H.E.P•C. of Ontario. Repayment of. debentures will amount to $6,820.62. Albert Hin- ton, of Birchton,, Que.; former • min- ister of St, Andrew's United church Klippen and Hillsgreen United church for several years.. Mr. Hinton was inducted at Kippen Sept. 20, 1945.
