"Shepherd"
Psa. 23: 1
"The only one"—To whom will ye liken
God? or what likeness will ye compare
unto Him? Isa. 40: 18
Hear 0 Israel; The Lord our God is one
Lord. Deut. 6: 4
"He is master and owner"—Do treat Him
as such?
Paul asked, Who art thou Lord?
Lord, what wilt thou have me to do?
"Present tense"—The Lord not only was, or
will be, but is "presently" my shepherd,
(He is still seeking for some of us).
"Personal Possession"—The promise "I shall
not want, etc." is for me if I have Him
as "My" Shepherd.
I am the good shepherd:
The good shepherd giveth his life for
the sheep.
I am the good shepherd:
and know my sheep, and am known of
mine.
