The many friends of Miss Alice Johnson, in Kitchener, will be happy to know that her health is improving and she is happy to be back in her own home, where she has a lady from Kitchener staying with her. Mrs. Alice Lockie and family are visiting in British Columbia with the parents of Mrs. Lockie's late husband. They flew out as far as Calgary, leaving from To- ronto, and motored the rest of the distance by car. Miss Mary Fischer, Lethbridge, Alberta, arrived in Zurich last Wednesday to spend a month's vacation with her sisters, Mrs. Charles Thiel and Mrs. Lorne Ra- der, and also with her father, Jac- ob Fischer, in Dashwood. Mr. and Mrs, Don Locke and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Mac Locke and daughter, all of Grand Falls, Newfoundland. and Ray Locke, Burlington, were recent visitors with Mrs. Emma Schilbe and Orville, on the 14th conces- sion.
