Mrs. Alex Masse, of the 14th
concession, who has spent the past
week in Windsor, has returned to
her home, accompanied by Mr. and
Mrs. Milfred Ayotte, of that city.
We are glad to report that Mrs.
Fred Siemon is well on the way to
recovery after her recent illness.
Mr. and Mrs. Fred Ducharme
have returned to their home on
the Bluewater Highway, after
spending two weeks in Windsor,
Detroit, pnd other points.
Seeding Under Way
After all the snow we have had
during the past winter the spring
seeding will not be too late unless
a splash of rain should come. Al-
ready farmers are on the land,
and if the week remains dry many
will be through by the weekend.
Daylight Saving Time
We have been advised of late
that the city, towns and village
people . wish to have fast time
again, to satisfy their desires.
Presumably the farmer, with his
request for standard time, is again
ruled. out.
All • are told to advance their
clocks one hour this Saturday
night, April 25, so just keep mum,
Mr. and Mrs. Farmer, and wait
until next fall when the boys will
again advise you when to turn
your clocks back to God's created
time.
Any Government Deficiency Pay-
ment will apply only on prop-
erly graded wools.
Secure the utmost by patronizing
the organization that made
this possible.
