The commission had to decide: (1) Who should authorize an ap- peal? (2) Should the commission assume the costs of each appeal? It was decided the matter of appeals should be left in the hands of the mayor, who may consult the town solicitor if he sees fit. The mayor will have power to act "if he feels an injustice has been done." WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 1959 SUCH WEATHER (LueknoW Sentinel) You can't keep up with the moods of the weatherman. Sat- urday morning he sheathed roads and streets with a glare of ice that made locomotion • of any des- cription quite treacherous to say the least. Continued rain with ,moderating temperature cut the ice that aft ernoon. By night it was fog although not as severe as has been experienced at times this winter. Sunday was mild and sunny — a delightful day, but the joy was short lived. It snowed on Monday.
