Parr Line Forum.
Parr Line Farm Forum met at
the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ross
Love. The subject was Supervised
Credit.
Question: What are the more
important credit needs in your
community that are not being met
at the present time?
Answer: Larger term credit on
machinery, livestock, seed fertili-
zer, feed and gasoline.
Question: What kind of program
can meet these needs?
Answer: This Forum believes
that Junior Fanners loan should
be raised from 65 percent of ap-
praised value to 75 percent. In this
way it would be more helpful for
a young farmer to become esta-
blished. A system of the Veter-
an Land Act seems to be quite
satisfactory.
Question 3: How much advisory
service or supervision do you
want?
Answer: We believe the way
prices are, we should have as much
supervision as we can get, but we
do not want to have supervised
credit.
Euchre winners, ladies, Mrs.
Gordon Coleman, Mrs. Keith Love;
gentlemen, Charles Robinson,
Keith Love.
The next meeting will be at the
home of Mr. and Mrs. Howard
Adkins.
