Dear Editor:
Just another line on Daylight
Saving Time. I still think that
there is nothing more confusing
to the farmer than daylight time,
and I also know that each year
when Daylight Saving Time first
comes into effect there is ill feel-
ing between rural and urban
people. This should not be.
What gets me is some of the
town men always say, "Oh yes,
we need the farmer, we cannot
do without him," but each year
when Daylight Saving Time comes
up to be discussed and the farm-
er asks far a few more months
of Standard Time they ignore his
wishes.
I am sure if folks would learn.
to co-operate with one another
and follow the golden rule, it
would be for the betterment of
the world.
