The 44th Convention of the Lon-

Mrs. Harold Walper gave the

members to make their objectives
widely known. She was presented
with a corsage from the South
Huron Institute by Mrs. Newell
Geiger, Zurich.
The theme of the convention was
"Patriotism is not enough, I must

Institutes to expand their work
with 4-H Club girls, and send
leaders to training schools and
short courses.
The Tuesday afternoon session
was in charge of the first vice-
president, Mrs. Harvey Wales,
Komoka. Mrs. Hart, Woodstock,
spoke on the Bursary Fund. More
reports were given by different
