The mar- riage to take place on Sat- urday, August 23, 19.58, in Dunsford U n i t e d Church. Dunsford. 30-p Zurich ennonite Group Holds Bible School, Cromarty The Summer Bible School, which was conducted in the Cromarty community, by the Evangelism committee of the Zurich Mennon- ite Church, from July 21. to August 1, was again well attended. This is the seventh year that the local Mennonite Church sponsored a sell. oat there, as well as other points. The 134 children and young people attending came from Un- ited, Presbyterian., Anglican, Pent. ecostle, Reformed and Mennonite homes. These ranged in age from three and a half years to 16. Their addresses included Stratford, Mitchell, Moncton, Cleveland, Ohio, London, St. Catherines, Acton, Staffa, Cromarty, Chiselhurst, Ex- eter, Hensall and Kippen. The 10 grades, (kindergarten to Grade eight) were taught by a staff of Mennonite, Evangelical and Reformed personel from Zu- rich and community. The commodious Hibbert No. 6, two-storey school house accom- modated most of the children. Three classes were placed in the tent loaned by Mr. Asa Steckle, which was erected beside the sch- ool. Missionary offerings were re- ceived every day. The $71.90 which was collected, was sent to the British and Foreign Bible Society, Indian and African missions, and to personal missionary friends of the Cromarty children who are stationed in Africa, India, British Guiana and Missouri, U. S. A. A very suitable climax of the school was the closing program held on Friday evening, August 1, with a well-filled building. Besides the children's parts, a mixed quer- r,`:e, composed of Rebecca Steckle, Eleanor Erb, Harvey Martin and Stanley Sauder, rendered two sel- ections. Rev. Rufus Jutzi, Floradale, ser- ved as guest speaker. ZURICH MENNONITE. CHURCH PASTOR — A. MARTIN Services w_,_.soay.
