Bible School
Bayfield ,BilbThe Vacation School
held its closing program Thurs-
day evening, July 214. in the Un-
ited Church.
Each group gave a short re-
view of the ,work covered during
the nine days the school was held.
A ,display of crafts done by the
children was set up in the base-
ment.
A vocal number was given by
;the Sparks sisters, and a duet
by Louise Talbot and Ann West-
lake. These were much enjoyed
by A. •
Miss Cara Clark was the leader
of this: group and she was assist-
ed by Kathleen and Louise Tal-
bot, Ann Westlake, Marilyn Rath -
well, Doreen McKenzie, Louise
Hyde, Mrs. McPhail and Rev. C,
E. Peacock.
Mr and Mrs, Robert Turner,
Mr. .and Mrs. Jack Elder and
Billie, Staa.tiPord, were Sunday vis-
itors at the bonne of Mr. and Mrs.
George ,Caa'npbelli.
Mr. and Mfrs. Harvey Gaines,
Evelyn and Michael, London, cal-
led on Miss •Rose Snowden art.

Mir, William Turner, who has
been staying with his sister, Mrs.
George Cambell and visiting rel-
atives in this district, returned to
his home in Windsor on Tuesday.
Mr. and Mrs. -Earl Barber, St.
Mary's were Sunday tivsitors; with
Mfr. and Mr.. • Gladwin Westlake.
Mrs. Carl Barber, Bobby and
Wayne, Hamilton; are visiting her
parents, .Mr, and MTs. George
Campbell.
Little Lee Talbot, . London, is
staying with his grandparents, Mr.
