CHOCOLATE FRIDGE COOKIES
Bottom Layer:
20 tgraham wafers rolled fine
3 tablespoons cocoa
'/2 cup sugar (little less)
1 egg
Walnuts is or 1 cup eooanut op-
wal.nutts or 1 cup cooanut• op-
tional.
Mix these ingredients together
and pack into buttered pan.
Centre Layer:
cups icing sugar
2 tablespoons oustard powder
2-3 tablespoons butter
vanilla. .ard a little milk
Mix these ingredients together
and spread evenly over bottom
layer.
Top Layer:
4 squares sem-sweet choco-
late
2 tablespoons butter
Dissolve .these both over hot
water and spread over stop.
Put the pan into refrigerator
and keep there. Watch tit while
the top sayer sets and just before-
it
eforeit gets hand cut into squares. If
you don't cut it before it is com-
pletely set the top layer will
chip.
UNCOOKED CHOCOLATE CARE
1Viix together:
1/2 cup margarine or butter
'/2 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons: cocoa
1 beaten, egg
Bring these tour ingredients to
a boil and boil for :one minute.
Add 1/2 cup walnuts and 1/2 pack-
age graham wafers crumbled.

1 cap heavy cream, whipped

Crush graham crackers and
combine with melted butter. Sp-
read over bottom of greased fl"
