Davis was hostess at 'her home Friday evening, when members of the Legion Ladies Auxiliary met to honour Mrs. Mervyn Bell, valued member of the auxiliary who is leaving with her husband and family to take -residence in Winnipeg. President, Mrs, William Brown presented Mrs. Bell with a copper wall plaque, who expressed her thanks very fittingly. Mrs. Brown favoured with a piano solo after which luncheon was qerved, Zurich and District Women At Mary Hastings Picnic More than 120 persons :attended the picnic of the Huron Waves branch of the -Mary Hastings Club at Riverview Park in Exeter, last Tuesday. Mrs. J. Hamilton, Thed- ford, had .charge of the register. Guests were present from Ansa Craig, Belleville, Brockport, N.
