The conference draws the larg- est number of intellectuals and scientists to meet at one time in Canada. About 1,200 delegates are attending. Among the noted speakers is the mane of Ralph Krueger, a Zurich .boy who did graduate studies at Western and hater re- ceived his Master of Arts Degree in Indiana.
