CAR LANDS IN FIELD One passenger in a car- skidded on icy Highway No 4, about a mile south of Hensall Saturday night he was taken to hospital in Clinton with a broken shoulder and injuries to his ear. Ray Cooper of Exeter, was rid- ing southbound car driven by Donald Webster, 2'5? of near Exeter, when it skidded and rolled over into the east ditch and .came to rest in a field about 75 feet away. Webster was unhurt. Estimated damage to the car is $1,000. START PARK IN SPRING Work on the development of the 1Pinery, the 4,000 -acre tract expopri- ated by the Ontario Government in 1955, will start this spring and one area is expected to be available for limited public use about the middle of summer. This was revealed by W. B. Greenwood, chief of parks division of the Department of Lae& and Forests, in a letter to the Exeter Times -Advocate recently. Asked What plans have :been made for the park Mr. Greenwood • wrote: "We have laid out three areas for immed- iate development and we purpose [working on these areas throughout the coming spring and summer and fall.
