Hall. 81, who cued at Clinton 'en Monday last, was a ?Iformerowner and nuhlisher of The aClinton News -Record. 'above the prmting plant, an apartment occupied by Mrs Robert Wenger, Sr., mother of Barry Wenger, the publisher; Mrs. Wenger was awakened when the living room was ablaze and phoned for the fire department •from her bedroom, she then made her way down a •statrway tothe street in night attire.
