R. B. Bennett To Lead Party
Ottawa—Events of recent have
completely cleared the political atmo-
sphere. The fog of doubt which has
shrouded Ottawa hasdissipated.
There is no question now that Rt.
Hon. R. B. Bennett wiB lead the
party in the coming election unless
he has another collapse. The facts
are that during the past couple of,
weeks he has been steadily improv-
ing, and he is much improved since
he returned from England.

HENSALL OLD BOYS
Whatwas undoubtedly the hies ! t
event ever held in the village of. Hen-
sall has been in progress the pa: t.tt>v
dais't aad up till Wednesday evening,
when the Old Boys homecoming', was
eelebrated. Of the thousande of
people that gathered on lliondags to
enjoy the parade, the aftexnaon
spors, and then'the evening pr-egram
finishtug off the day with a big op-
en air dance every evening. Monday
was. London ,Day, and it looked as if
half of the city were 'present with
Mayor Wen'ige and all. Truly the
day was ideal for the occion and
the people' flocked by in thousands.
The sports in the afterneson Was a
bull game with Ailsa Craig, which
did not have the pep that we would
have liked to see as the Hensall boys
seemingly had a day Coff and did not:
get it man to third base, while the
Craig team' scored stir. runs. This NN.4.s.
