Near Fatal Accident
Mr Milton Desch, who was a week-
end visitor with friends at Desboro,
met with an unfortunate accident on
Monday morning, while out shooting,
in some way the gun exploded and
the impact drove part of the Tense of
his spectacles into the eyeball, and it
at first looked 'as though • he might
loose this eye, but thanks to m edic-
al science, it is now hoped that the
sight will be restored. Milton was
immediately rushed to the Owen
Sound Hospital where he is receiving
the best of attention.

expectedabout 10,000 pilgrims will
gather for this special and sacred •ev-
ent, Quebec City is nearly 700 miles
from here and this happy band will
undoubtedly have a trip they shall
never forget, as it was only two
years ago we went over this road and
sav primitive Quebec and all its in-
teresting thing and ways.
