The ,first drive on the jack rabbits
was held early last week and as the
jacks do not seem to be so plentiful
as some years, only 24 were bagged
on this trip. With .an effort to have
a gun club organized it wif be to
better advantage to get the boys out
on these drives on a scheduled time.

be noticed that recently the prices of
chickens has dropped considerably,
also the prices of other fowl are with-
in reach of the average man to buy.
We trust that everybody will be able
to enjoy a bird of some kind on the.
Christmas dinner table when that
time comes.
The teachers and pupils of Zurich
school are making preparations to put
on a concert at the Town Hall Zurich
on the evening of December 17th.
