The Zurich Agricultural Society officials recently held a business me- Ieting and carefully checked over the fair accounts of this year, and t he Secretary -Treasurer was instructed to pay out the prize monies. Quite different to some years recently, when a nice .balance was left over, but this year they will be obliged to use up about $150 of their balance on hand from former years, and they. are fortunate to• have such. balance, as. some societies are obliged to bor- row money to pay the prizes. Huron Loses Hockeyists Huron County hockey stars are .being picked for service in larger, centres and as a ,result the ,Clinton Colts, who went for last season in the semi-finals, have lost ' Harold Stade, the competent net minder, who figured largely in their long list of games won.
