Visits and Visitors et The Board ,of Health of the Township of Hay met in the council chamber on Tuesday afternoon, September 7tha. Among ,other matters the Board discussed the present epidemic of Poliomyelitis (Infantile Paralysis) which has spread over the Province. They wish to advise the citizens of Hay Township that although up to the present time there have been no cases of the disease in our Municipality, they believe precautions should be ;,taken to avoid the disease. Parents are advised to keep their children away from crowds or public meetings. This advice also .applys to young adults who, in considerable numbers in this epidemic are contracting the disease.
