The laying of the pavement on the Blue Water Highway is progress- ing nicely, at present they are near the bend in the road adjoining the. farm of Mr. Albert Hendrick. We have been advised that the pavement will be completed to the Brewster corner, and from there to the Bend a new coat of a few inches will be put on the present pavement. He was rushed ianmed- iatetly to St. Joseph's Hospital, Lon- don, where Dr. Hobbs Taylor of Dashwood performed the operation on June 30th. Byron is as well as can be expected.
