their 21 normal, healthy and 'active
children; 10 boys and 11 girls, made
a wonderful picture, and had several
groups taken. Besides the entire
family the father and his ten sons
and -the soother with her eleven dan-

pictures will .be copyrighted and will

time a partnership was formed with

and manager. The agreement of
partnership was drafted by A. H.

"Yon eels priflt from this. It can
be the tering point in your life,"
Mag. J .z Makins told Norman Ger-
*thett, Dai hwood youth, in police crt
at.. Seaford' on Tuesday as he sent-
enced him to 10 days in jail on a
drunk. driving charge. "This is a good
tune .to say you will never take an-
other;. drink," His Worship continuer..
The charge arose from an accide..t 2
miles north of Seaforth on the eve
of April.'7th. Geromett, accompanied
by' Hilda Maier, also of Dashwood,
and. D. Munro, were driving to Wal-
ton in a light truck owned by Munro
when the accident took place.. Gerotn•-
ett pleaded .rrriilty t o a charge of i
driving without a permit, sentence
being suspended upon payment of
coats. A further charge of reckless
driving was withdrawn. Munro plead -1
ed/guilty to charges of having insu-'
flicient brakes and being trunk and,
paid fines of $10 nd c.•o.,ts in each'
charge. At Godez'd on bail and a-1
waiting trial in t'W 'counties, Bruce
and Huron, invol' r g theft charges,
•Caswelt Hackett; young married Lu-
cknow man, was -again taken into
Custody* and appeared Thursday morn
ing before Magis. Makins, for steal-
ing an electric washer from the
home of Mrs. R. G. 'Cameron, of Lu-
cknow, while she was spending t he.
Winter in California. He is further
alleged to have sold the washer in
Goderich for $30. Without pleading
or electing, Hackett was remanded to
jail for a week.—After pleading gu-
ilty to breaking, entering and theft,
at two business places in Hensall,
Earl Zuefle, 25, single, was given one
year's suspended sentence on prom-
ising to clear out for Sioux -Lookout
in Northern Ontario, 'where his fat-
her is working and has work for his
boy. 'A. first ' offender; Zueflt's thefts.
netted` his only $3:85. He was told
that if he is seen in these parts after
a month's time he will be picked up.
Admitting that John Weiss and Fred
Littlechild; who pleaded guilty to
stealing three hens, both had long
records, Frank Donnelly, their coun-
sel, asked thevbench to view the off-
ense lightly, as he said the men were
drunk and hungry when they stole
three" hens. Both just fineshed terms
at` Guelph Reformatory a few months
awo> "There is another little matter
we would like to look into," said Mr.
:Holmes, crown attorney, so the pair
went back to the cells.
