Deposits, Are Down
Pupils in Seaforthschools had
$1,212.41 on deposit in the penny
bank at the end of February, 1937,
which compares with $1,339.54 one
year ago. 42% of the pupils in the
Separate School were depositors,
while 32% of the Public School pu-
pils took advantage of the penny
-bank.
Jim Hunter at Walkerton
Those who have in the past want-
ed an opportunity to see Jim Hunter
in person have that opportunity on
Saturday, April 17th when he will
speak at the town hall in Walkerton.
The meeting has been arranged by
