object of making the 1937 plates av-
ailable at this time is so that purch-
asers of new 1937 cars and trucks
will not be obliged to pay for 1936
registration and so that the increas-
ingly large number of autumn pm: -
chasers of used cars will not have to
pay the usual transfer fee with only
two months ,of the year =remaining.
