Suzidoy 'afternoon.
The armiversary Service will be
held in the Hillsgreen church. on Sun-
day Sept, • 20th at 11 a.m. and 7.30
p.m. Rev- Usborne Littleford of
London, son in law of Rev. E. F.
Chandler, is expected to he the guest
speaker at 11 a.m., and Rev: Car-
Mch'ael of Seaforth the guest speak-
er at 1.30 p.m. The Kippen. Choir
are assisting with the music again,
and Mr. Harry Hoffman of Dashwood
(Gold Medalist singer) will take
soloparts during the services.
Those attending Toronto Exhibit-
ion during the week were: Messrs.
Geo. ,Stephenson of Walkerton, and
.brotoher Herbert, Mr. and Mrs. R.
McAllister, Mr. Haynes and Misses
Eunajean and Armeldia Aubin; An-
nie Jarrott.
Mr. W. L. Forrest was here during
the week to see his neatly completed
barn .which adds much attraction to
his farm. with its fine appear ince.
Mr. H. R. Samuels of Toronto,
was here recently planning for the
threshing of his farm crops, of which.
Mr, Wm. Jarrett looked after during
the threshing of same. A large a-
mount of grain was the output which
is a help to the owner owing to so
many recent failures in one way or
another.
Mr: V. Dinnin is teaching again
this year in S.S. No. 7 Stanley, and
Miss Drover- of Seaforth, is at No. 3
