A court of revision on the assess-
ment roll of the village for 1936
was held in.the town hall last Monday
evening with the council comprising
the court and Reeve Geiger acting as
'chairman. There was a big crowd
present. Over 60 appeals entered,
about ten being private,appeals and
the rest ,were appeals entered by dif-
ferent members of the council. The
council seemed very much dissatis-

this year and a great many ratepay-
ers ,were dissatisfied with the council
for entering the appeals: There was
:a, great deal of criticism by both sid -
es and very poor order kept. Owing
to the great amount of dissatisfaction
progress was slow and the court ad-
jourden at 'a late hour.to meet again
