21A Ibbs. It is said to be .the largest
paper ever published, a .copy was re-
ceived at our office, consisting of 80
pages. It required 800 tons of paper
and nine tons of ink for the one pub-
lication, and is a masterpiece w size
giving many historical .events of by-
gone days. Papers of this kind are
a tremendous drain on our forests,
While many items are interesting,
there are a great many pages which

Champion. Egg Eater
A. Detroit champion has been piq-
ued. hTe gastromic feat of Marco
Bloinmaarito, Detroit grocer, who re-
cently claimed some sort of record
when he consumed 61 raw eggs, drew
the disdain of Emile Gillette, •of Ar-
"eadia Kansas. Gillette wrote the fol-
dowing
ollowing letter to a newspaper in De-
troit: `I claim the raw egg -eating
championship. I read about this fel-
low in your city, but I eat 36 eggs
in 1 minute and 14 secands, and 51
eggs in 3 -minutes, and I can eat 75
eggs in 5 minutes. Once, after eat-
ing 51 eggs I ate a 75 -cent dinner
that was just a Starter."
