Messer of Toronto, who was northbound on No, 4 highway The big oil truck plowed into the onooming sedan and in the mixnp hydro poles and wires were strewn around as well as oil barrens broken open and their contents spilled about Linemen were soon on the scene and put in new posts and repaired the wires.
