Deceased who was in. his 59th year, always seemed - to be or a strong robust build, but 'seemingly he had a heart condition which proved fateful. His wife, who was formerly Miss Amelia Bendbr, was with him at the time, she colt= apsed from shock and was put un - kr the doctor's care. Dr. P. .1: O'Dwyer of Zurich was summoned: The deceased who was a prominent member of St. Peter's Lutheran church, Zurich, havim;" been a mem- ber of the Board of Elders for some years, was born on the Bronson Tine Hay Township and after the home- stead was sold there he purchased a farm on the Parr Line, later moving on the fine farm where he died. A man of sterling qualities and was well and favorably known in the cam munity. Besides his sorrowing widow a son Edward, at home survive, also four sisters, Mrs. T. K. Ehlers and Mrs. S.
