On Tuesda last he suffered a heart attack with other Complications from the effects of which he succumbed. He was in iis 77th year. Surviving are his wid ow formerly. Miss Jane Howard, and daughter, Mrs. William Eisen-. -ach .of Detroit. A son George prede- ceased him in 1982. He also leave, two .brothers, Alex. of British Col urdbie; and Nelson of Port Huron Three sisters also survive, Mrs. Saral Hamilton., Mrs. Walter Statton •anr.
