New Partner Mr. Keith Westlake, of the Bron- son Line, Stanley Township, and who has had four years' experieece with one of the leading undertakers of the city of St. Catharines, has been taken in as partner in the local 'Hoffman undertaking establishment of Zurich. Exchange Cancelled At the annual Conference of the Evangelical church at Tavistock, a few weeks ago, it was decided by the stationing board to exchange the following pastors, Rev. A. E. Pletch of Crediton and Rev. A. Clemens, of Milverton. Unfortunately, Mrs. A. Tapsell, and killing a sow and 10 pigs. The pre- mier was unhurt and he ran to where Tapsell had :fallen. No medical assis- tance was required, but the farm sup- erintendent was still suffering from the effects of the shock the follow- ing day. The bolt struck a colony house just as Tapsel was running past, He and the premier were eng- aged in 'rounding up a nunvber of horses on ,the farm at the time of the brief but violent thunderstorm.
